Farm management and control
The whole farm in one simple system
Chickensystem is chicken farm management software that replaces paper logs and spreadsheets. Your staff register everything on their phone, even where there is no coverage. You see the figures as they come in, and you get an alert before a small problem becomes an expensive one.
- Works offline in the barn
- In each person’s language
- Set up for your farm

Paper and spreadsheets tell you too late
On most farms the numbers exist — on a clipboard in the hen house, in a notebook in the warehouse, in a spreadsheet someone updates on Friday. By the time they reach the office, the week is over.
Forms that go missing
A mortality sheet gets wet, a water reading is written on the wall, a silo weight is remembered instead of noted.
Typing it all again
Someone copies the paper into a spreadsheet. It takes hours, mistakes slip in, and nobody can see who wrote what.
Surprises on Monday
A drop in water intake on Saturday afternoon is only noticed when the figures are added up — long after the hens needed help.
What you can track
Take a farm with three hen houses of 100,000 hens each, an egg warehouse and its own feed mill. Every day the team records mortality and culls per house, water meter readings four times a day, silo weights, climate checks, eggs packed per grade, deliveries and feed produced. Chickensystem turns those registrations into the figures you manage by: lay rate, mortality %, water per 1,000 hens, feed per egg, waste %, stock per batch. Every entry keeps who made it, when and on which phone, so your poultry record keeping holds up when the vet or an auditor asks.

Alerts before a small problem gets expensive
You decide the limits. For example: more than 20 dead hens in one house in a day, water per 1,000 hens 20 % below the last three days, or no water reading by 10:30. When a limit is passed, the supervisor gets a critical alert on their phone — on the lock screen, also at night. They acknowledge it with one tap. If nobody does, the alert is sent again and escalated to the next person.

Works offline in the barn
Hen houses, cold rooms and silos are often where the signal stops. The Chickensystem app does not need it. Registrations, photos and checklists are saved on the phone and sent automatically when it is back in coverage — in the right order, and never twice. Task reminders are scheduled on the phone too, so the 10:00 water reading is announced even without network.

Built for your staff, in their language
The people who register are in the barn, often with gloves on. The app is made for them.
Their own language
Each person chooses English, Turkish or Swedish today, and new languages can be added. Reminders and e-mails follow their choice.
Big buttons, few fields
A mortality registration takes a few taps. The previous meter reading is shown, so a typing mistake stands out.
No e-mail address needed
Employees sign in with the company code, a username and a password, set up from a link or a QR code.
Tailored to your farm
We do not hand you an empty system or a fixed package. You describe how your farm works; we set Chickensystem up to match before your team starts.
- Departments: hen houses, warehouse, feed mill, wash station — named the way you name them
- Registration forms with your fields, units and limits
- Daily, weekly and monthly checklists at your times
- Alert thresholds per rule and per house
- Languages for your team
- Integrations to the systems you already use
Connected to your systems
Climate computers, silo scales, egg graders, ERP and accounting: if a system can share its data, we build the integration so figures arrive without anyone typing them.

- Silo scales and weighbridges
- Egg graders and packing lines

Made for egg farms, configurable for others
Chickensystem was built first for an egg farm. The same core — departments, forms, routines, alerts and key figures — is configured for broiler farms, hatcheries, pig farms, dairy farms and feed mills.
- Egg farmsLayer farms from the hen house to the packed box.
- Broiler farmsShort cycles, growth, mortality and climate per house.
- HatcheriesEgg reception, setting, hatching, hygiene and dispatch.
- Pig farmsSections, animals, treatments, feed and routines.
- Dairy farmsMilking routines, herd health, feed and stock.
- Feed millsRaw materials, recipes, production and deliveries.
How it works
From the first conversation to a team that registers every day, with us beside you after go-live.
- 1
Contact
Tell us about your farm: sites, houses, birds or animals, what you produce, how you record it today and what you want to improve.
- 2
Needs analysis
We go through your routines, forms, reports and systems with you, and agree what Chickensystem should cover from the start.
- 3
We configure your system
We set up your departments, forms, checklists, alert limits, languages and integrations, and show you the result before anyone starts.
- 4
Training
Employees learn the phone app in the barn; supervisors and owners learn the dashboard. Short sessions, on your own setup.
- 5
Go live
Your team starts registering. We follow the first days closely and adjust forms or limits that need it.
- 6
Ongoing support
We answer questions, add departments or modules as you grow, and keep the system and integrations running.
Frequently asked questions
What does Chickensystem cost?
It is a monthly subscription. The price depends on the size of your farm, the parts you use and the integrations you need, so we quote it after we understand your operation.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead we go through your needs with you and show the system set up for a farm like yours, so you can judge it on your own routines.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Everything registered without coverage is stored on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns. The app shows what is still waiting.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone and Android, and in any modern browser. The office uses the web dashboard on a computer.
Can we keep our climate computer and scales?
Yes. We connect to the equipment and software you already have when it offers an export or an interface.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can export all your records and photos at any time, and we keep a weekly backup in separate storage.
Tell us how your farm works
How many houses and birds, what you record today, which reports you need and which systems you use. We will show you how Chickensystem can be set up for you.
